Happy July!

I know it's been a little while since i've blogged lately.  I've been pretty busy with my so called "part-time" job.  Plus my husband has found his old love, rock climbing, so we've been finding places around Fussa area to climb.  Luckily I met a guest at work that is writing a guide book on places around Yokota Air Base for climbing.  How lucky is that?

Up and running again...

I think i'm starting to find the balance between kids, work, and scrapbooking!  About a month and a half later and i've done a couple of cards now, nothing too extravangant.  Gotta get it when I can.  Well here is the father's day card I did for my hubby and a birthday card I did for a friend's daughter's 7th birthday.  Hope you enjoy.

AHHHHH....

Oh my goodness...what happened to all my energy?  I used to work 3 part-time jobs and was still in school and I still had enough energy to party with friends.  Now i'm exhausted after working 4-5 hours on my feet.  I understand kids are very time consuming, but goodness!
I have a card I made for a friend that I will post later tonight when I get off of work.  Just wanted to let everyone know i'm still here.

New Job

Well along with being a stay at home mom in the mornings, I picked up a part-time job waitressing at the local Chili's here on base.  :)  If I didn't have enough on my plate with my two little youngsters.  Today was my first official day on my own and training.  It went well...why, you may ask, do I want a part-time job when I don't really need one?  Well this mama likes money for her addiction!  Scrapbooking and Cardmaking!  Oh yes...the only problem, now with my part-time job my addiction may suffer.  I know it's been a little while since I posted anything, but bear with me.  I will find time to squeeze everything on a nice little platter.
On a side note, super excited and proud of my hubby for training for a triathlon at the naval base Yokosuka here soon and doing the duathlon here next week at Yokota!  Even though I have to work later that night after the duathlon, very proud to say he's my husband.

Baby Sets Galore!

With two kids I find it hard to get time to FINISH pretty much anything in a timely manner.  I have finished one of the five baby sets i've been working on for about 2 weeks now.  It's crazy, I was only able to finish a little at a time.  Some during naps and some when they sleep at night. 
Now just need to get them sold so I can do some more.
